My Top 10 - Volume 5

Lucas Clark • Mar 06, 2024

This 'My Top 10' has been compiled by Hampshire Whites member Lucas Clark - age 11

1 Kalvin Phillips

One of the best players I've seen for Leeds and he's Leeds through and through.

2 Luke Ayling

Scored the best goal (v Huddersfield) I've ever seen live

3 Pablo Hernandez

World class player. My favourite in the Championship.

4 Gaetano Berardi

Great player who put his body on the line.

5 Raphinha

Technically gifted and the best player i've seen live.

6 Hadi Sacko

Scored the first live Leeds goal I saw, even though we lost 2-1 to Birmingham that day!

7 Ezgjan Alioski

Dependable and with an engine to cover the whole pitch.....and crazy!

8 Chris Wood

My favourite striker for Leeds.

9 Stuart Dallas

Brilliant utility player who can be relied on in any position. And also that goal v Man City

10 Ronaldo Vieira

Underrated but always played well and worked hard.

To be so close to clinching automatic promotion back to the premier league and then fall away at the end was disappointing to see. But, looking at the overall picture and the mass exodus of players leaving or wanting to leave during pre-season the team have done incredibly well under the management of Daniel Farke.

Stuart Dallas joined Leeds United in August 2015 from Brentford. In his time at Leeds he made 266 appearances and scored 25 goals. He gave 100% every time he pulled on the shirt and played in several positions during his time at the club. He quickly became a fan favourite, gaining the nickname of the Cookstown Cafu by the Leeds United. He scored his first goal for the club in December 2015 against Wolves and went on to win the clubs players player of the year award that same season.
